Production process
Zipda is located in Baoan, Shenzhen, China, which is the gathering base of LED industry chain. It has more than 12,000 square meters of production and R&D workshop. The factory has the most advanced automation professional production line in China, including SMT automatic production line composed of several Japanese equipments, several imported automatic cartridge equipments from the United States, DIP automatic welding assembly line, automatic glue filling equipment, stereo aging line with many independent intellectual property rights, automatic water immersion test equipment; at the same time, it has perfect testing instruments and many years of industry. Experienced technical management personnel, equipped with advanced large-scale ERP enterprise management system, have strong product design capabilities, process support capabilities and quality control capabilities, and have formed the advantages of complete product specifications, good quality, rapid delivery. The production capacity of LED display can reach 8000 square meters/month, which can meet the various needs of customers.
